Q. What do I wear for the trial class?
A. Comfortable clothes like sweatpants and a t-shirt. Long jogging pants are also acceptable.

Q. Should I just show up for my first class?
A. If this is your first class with us, please contact us prior to coming.

Q. How long are the regular class times?
A. Kids/children classes 30-45 minutes, adults an hour.
